           The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, San an integrated mainly engaged in compound semiconductor integrated circuit services, covering chips in the fields of PA radio frequency, power electronics, optical communications and filters. According to the 2017 financial report of San an optoelectronic, the 6 inch GaAs (GaAs) and GaN (Dan Huajia) production lines have been completed. The product applications include power amplifiers for 2G, 3G, 4G mobile phones, power amplifiers used in wireless networks, base station applications, low noise amplifiers, and other wireless communication applications.
